The following Thai Massage videos are a sample of Surya Thai Massage Training. All of the videos have been recorded by former students with explicit permission from Slava, and are not intended as 'practice videos.' They are only a sample of what goes on in our trainings. ;-)

I recommend these options for Thai massage mats below (or similar). These are cushy and portable. I am not crazy about the Kapok Thai mat (with ridges) as it is usually not soft enough for side-lying. You want a mat that is at least 54" wide.
